Shipping Policy

Our orders are all made to order using the freshest available ingredients both from our own mom and pop store to the mom and pop stores we partner with. Due to this, our shipping window is typically 7-10 days not including weekends and holidays.

NEW! SHIPPING GUARANTEE! If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email that your shipment is on its way by the 10th shipping day, we will refund your shipping cost! *some rules apply

*Shipping rules - at times it may be that your shipment is delayed and the guarantee does not apply. If your order contains more than 10 items - the guarantee does not apply. Weather delays also negate the shipping guarantee. In both instances, we will message customers about the delay.

Once a shipping label is created and you receive your shipping confirmation email, it is no longer our responsibility as it is in the USPS property at that point. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the USPS in your area for an update.
